Skill Set Required:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related degree
- Prior experience as a DevOps engineer
- Familiarity with software release management and deployment (Git, CI/CD)
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Knowledge of systems and platforms security
- You have good problem-solving skills and attention Experience with delivery of a SaaS product
- Strong understanding of micro-services and related architectures
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24 * 7)
- Ability to multitask and work 5 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the IT infrastructure
- Writing scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring and operation
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates/ fixes
- Implementing automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD)
- Quality control and management of the code base
- Provide world-class customer experience with every interaction
- Engage and empathize with customers to support and resolve technical issues through the completion
- Drive process improvements
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues (Within SLA)
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
